The Students’ Union Government Body of the University of Calabar wishes to inform all free students of the University of the guidelines for registration as follows;
1. Pay acceptance fee
2. Create a profile, upload your credentials using the link, https://portal.unical.edu.ng and generate a fee payment code
3. Pay your fee to the bank either in cash or using ATM card, POS and online transfer.
4. Register at the Medical Centre (Main Campus)
5. Register at the Library in the Academic Publishing Centre (APC) Building
6. Register at the Sports Unit (in Abram Ordia Stadium) and indicate your sport of interest
7. Proceed to the Department and present evidence of 1-6 above for the following:
i. Payment of Senate approved Departmental and Faculty dues
ii. Issuance of the University Handbook and Departmental Handbook
8. Register your courses online following the steps in the University Handbook
9. Present the online course registration printout to the Department for confirmation and stamping (The original will be given to the student while the photocopy will be kept by the Department)
10. Go to Student Affairs with evidence of fee payment for hostel accommodation (This is for interested students).
NOTE: To avoid being defrauded, do not pay money in cash or otherwise to anyone. Learn to register your courses online by yourself. Thank you!
