JAMB Stands for Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board. There are two Jamb Options;  Jamb UTME And Jamb Direct Entry. Jamb Direct Entry is for admission into 200 Level while UTME is for Admission into 100 Level. Continue reading for everything you need to know about Jamb.

Jamb is a yearly examination conducted across all States in Nigeria. The examination is purely computer-based and scheduled at different dates in different Jamb centers approved for all Candidates.

Jamb Registration: Registration in Nigeria is announced yearly. Registration usually begins around December or early in the new year. Candidates are usually given about three weeks or more to do their registration.

Examination Hall: The jamb examination hall is AC tight and highly supervised. The examination is computer-based and you are timed to answer specific number of questions. The computer goes off immediately after your time is over.

Subjects Registered In Jamb: Candidates are required to answer questions on only four subjects in the examination. The Use of English is compulsory while the three other subjects depend on the course you have chosen to offer at the University.

Jamb Profile:  The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board have made it compulsory for all candidates to create Jamb profile before they can register Jamb. There are many other things you can do with your Jamb profile.

Release Of Jamb Result: The results of the Joint admission examination are released online a few days after the examination. The results are also checked via the Jamb profile.

Jamb Official Website & What You Can Do There: Jamb registration, creation of an account, checking results and every other thing are done on Jamb official portal. Jamb website is Jamb.org.ng. The following are other things you could do on Jamb site:
