The Management of Bayero University, Kano wishes to inform all members of the University Community that it has resumed academic activities from today Thursday, 16th November, 2023, following the suspension of the nationwide strike embarked upon by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) and University Unions.
Based on the resolution of the meeting of the Central Scheduling Committee held today, Thursday, 16th November, 2023, the 2022/2023 First Semester examinations are to resume on Friday, November 17th, 2023 according to existing time-table. However, all examinations that fall within the days of the strike, (Tuesday, 14th to Thursday 16th November, 2023), are to be rescheduled after the last examinations of the respective Faculties.
Students are further requested to await details from their Faculties on the missed examinations.
