Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma announces its 2022/2023 Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students in all programmes. The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, 10th October 2023, at the International Conference/Student Centre at 10 a.m. Students are required to collect their Matriculation Gowns by 4th September, provided they’ve paid their school fees and received matriculation numbers. The governing body of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, wishes to notify all recently admitted students that the University’s Matriculation Ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session has been officially slated. Matriculation Gown Collection Procedure
Eligibility for Gown Collection
Newly admitted students, which include those who have gained admission through UTME, IJMB, and Direct Entry (DE), are eligible for the collection of Matriculation Gowns. However, it should be noted that only students who have fulfilled their financial obligations with respect to tuition and have successfully generated matriculation numbers from the university portal will be considered eligible for gown collection.

The window for the collection of these Matriculation Gowns will close promptly on Monday, 10th October 2023.
Location for Gown Collection
Students are advised to pick up their Matriculation Gowns from the office of the Faculty Officers corresponding to their respective faculties.
Financial Aspects
As part of your acceptance fees, the cost for hiring the Matriculation Gown has already been covered. Thus, no additional charges will be imposed for this.
